Delete inside the app
- Sign in to PocketMoney.
- Open Profile and choose Account & privacy.
- Tap Delete my account, enter your current password and type DELETE.
- Confirm deletion.
This is permanent. Your credentials and private data are deleted. If you belong to a family, shared household records remain but are detached from your identity. If you are the family administrator, another approved member is promoted automatically.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address registered with PocketMoney. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
